NEW!! Beginner Crochet Class

Let’s learn basic crochet by making an easy crochet coaster. 

In this 2-hour class you will be shown how to make a slip knot, make a basic starting base crochet chain and the first crochet stitch, a single crochet and an opportunity to explore the double crochet. How to finish off your project will also be demonstrated. 

Your kit includes:

– 1 ball of worsted weight/#4 yarn with enough yardage for at least 2 coasters. 

– 1 size H/5mm crochet hook. 

– 2 locking/removable stitch markers

– 1 tapestry needle 

– 1 pouch for storing your small items. 

– All in a handled gift bag so you can easily carry your project as you continue. 

Your instructor, Sandra, has over 20 years of crochet and knitting experience, both as an instructor and yarn shop owner. With an extensive background in special education, they have a unique perspective on teaching and assisting in different learning styles. Sandra is also a certified in therapeutic fiber arts facilitation.

We work very hard to prepare and put together a wonderful experience for you, if you are no longer able to attend, please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled workshop date to receive full credit for a future workshop. This credit must be redeemed within 6 weeks of your originally scheduled workshop date.
