Reservation Details
Not able to make one of our workshops? Don’t have a large enough party to rent out our space? Just want to enjoy some creative time in our relaxing studio? Our table reservation service is the perfect way to schedule a creative outing with a small group of your friends and/or family! Choose from a variety of craft projects and we’ll take care of all of the supplies!
Reservations
Our space is available Tuesday – Sunday (dependent upon availability)
Reservations are required in order to ensure we have all supplies readily available for you and/or your group. To request a table reservation, click on the “Request a Table Reservation” option below and fill out our request form. This DOES NOT guarantee a reservation. Our event coordinator will be in touch to confirm the date and time availability.
A $25 non-refundable reservation fee per table is required to reserve the date and time and will be applied towards your project on the day of your event. A minimum of 2 guests is required. One table can seat 8-10 guests; max reservation is 3 tables and max number of guests is 12. Please see our private party packages for larger groups.
Projects
Projects vary in price, length and difficulty. Please note, most table reservation projects are DIY and are not instructor led workshops, however, our creative team will be available to give some guided instruction and assistance as needed. Up to 2 projects can be selected for groups of 10 or less; 10 or more may select up to 3 projects max. Selection of projects must be made two weeks prior to your reservation date.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your reservation, we require a two-week cancellation notice to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than two-weeks and/or no shows will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Cancellations can be made by calling into the studio or notifying our event coordinator.
What to Expect
Please arrive within 15 minutes of your selected arrival time. When you arrive, you will be checked in by staff and then shown to your table. Based on the project(s) selected during your reservation, your supplies will be available at your table and you and your group can begin working on them right away. Our studio will be still be open to the public during your reservation time.
Food and Drinks
You may bring food and refreshments into the studio –brown bag it, make it, cater or order it in from one of our local restaurants. Any food, wine, champagne, beer, etc. purchased from our sister-business, The Local Provisions, will receive 10% off their order. There is also pizza located next door at Vail Pizzeria and/or charcuterie snack boxes from Grazing Theory Wine & Cheese shop.
We will have water, coffee and tea available in the studio. Please note, any food you bring in will need to be kept within the same space you will be creating in. We suggest small, individual items as you will not have space for large platters or plates. Additionally, we do not provide tableware (such as plates and silverware) for your food items. If you plan on bringing in food, please also bring your own utensils.
