Private Event Space Rates

Overwhelmed by the thought of hosting the perfect event? Let us take the stress and worry out of planning so you can put together a beautiful event that will leave your guests in awe. 

The historic charm of this 1910 building lends itself to a beautiful backdrop for any occasion. We offer large banquet-style tables which can accommodate up to 45 guests (indoor only) and 50-75 (indoor and outdoor space). Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed; bubbly bar packages are available and provided through our sister business, The Local Provisions.

 Our space includes a restroom, refrigerator, and industrial sink available for use. Our space is available Monday – Sunday, when other workshops and/or events are not scheduled.

A deposit of one-third of the rental rate is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due one week prior to event. A 3% processing fee is applied for any payments made via credit card.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to your event to receive a full refund of your deposit. A less than two-week notice will result in a $150 cancellation fee and less than 7 days notice will forfeit deposit.
