The historic charm of this 1910 building lends itself to a beautiful backdrop for any occasion. We offer large banquet-style tables which can accommodate up to 45-50 guests (indoor only) and 50-75 (indoor and outdoor space). Outside food and beverages are allowed; a $50 corkage fee is required for any outside alcohol (beer & wine only; NO hard liquor). We also have beverage bar options available as an add-on option.
We also have a restroom, refrigerator, and industrial sink available for use. For any type of rental, you have the option to pay a $100 cleaning fee or clean the space (including trash removal) before you leave. Our space is available Monday – Sunday, when other workshops and/or events are not scheduled.
Weekend rate (Friday- Sunday):
*Includes 45-mins prior for set-up & 30-minutes after for clean-up
$250/hr with a minimum of 2 hours
*$150/hr for every additional hour after 2 hours.
Add-on outdoor patio space for $100/hr
Weekday rate (Monday– Thursday):
$175/hr with a minimum of 2-hours
*100/hr for every additional hour after 2 hours
Add-on outdoor patio space for $50/hr
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due one week prior to event. A 3% processing fee is applied for any payments made via credit card.
