Private Paint Party Rates 2022

We offer in-studio, mobile and virtual paint parties. You and your guests will be guided step-by-step by an experienced artist to paint a creative piece of art! All supplies are included along with a private instructor. A $50 non-refundable reservation fee will be required to reserve a private in-studio event. *Please note, this reservation fee is not applied towards the event balance.

In-studio Instructor-led Paint Parties:

All guests will receive a pre-sketched canvas along with all painting supplies required.

Cost per child: $28 (*min of 12 / max of 40) – 2 hour timeframe

Cost per adult: $33 (*min of 12 / max of 40) – 2.5 hour timeframe

Additional details:

The $50 private party reservation fee will be required to reserve your party. The final guest headcount and balance will be due one week prior to your event. The private party reservation consists of our indoor studio space (during the event, guests are to utilize the indoor space only); our outdoor patio area can be reserved for an additional fee. Additional time can be added to your event for an additional fee of $150/hr. The hosting party will be given 30 minutes prior to the party to decorate the space and 30 minutes after the event for clean-up. Outside food and refreshments are allowed. The hosting party will be responsible for all clean-up and removal of trash/large boxes, etc. *If you have less than 12 painters, see our Small Group Paint Party information.

Small Group Parties (Table Reservation)

If you have less than 12 painters for your party, our small group table reservation is a great option! These smaller group parties are a “freestyle” paint. Each canvas will be pre-sketched with the design selected and all of the supplies will be included; our staff will be available to assist as needed. *Please note, there is NO private instructor. You will be assigned 1-2 tables (depending on the size of your group) for your party. Our studio will be open to the public, however, you may still bring in decorations as well as food and/or drinks. You will have a 2-hour window of time for your event. The hosting party will be responsible for all clean-up and removal of trash/large boxes, etc.

Canvas Paint Party (non-instructor led):

All guests will receive a pre-sketched canvas along with all painting supplies and a sample photo of the design selected. Final headcount due one week prior to event.

Table reservation fee: $25 per table (*not applied towards balance)

Cost per child: $24 (12×16 canvas)

Cost per adult: $28 (16×20 canvas)

*Open Studio style party:

Price ranges from $15+

*Guests can select their own art projects to work on; price varies depending on the project/canvas size selected. This is a great option to allow your group to choose their own creative piece!

“Paint the Town” Mobile Party Service:

Let us bring The Craft House to you! We provide supplies, setup, private instructor and clean up. You choose the location, size of party and the masterpiece you’d like to create and we’ll take care of the rest.

Mobile Paint Parties:
All guests will receive a pre-sketched canvas, paint, paintbrushes, aprons, palettes, easels and private art instructor.

Cost per child: $35 (min of 10; no max) – 1 hour workshop
Cost per adult: $40 (min of 10; no max) – 2-2.5 hour workshop
*$35 travel/set-up fee for all mobile events

We can also customize a craft project such as succulents planters, chunky blankets, macrame, and more. Prices vary for each project.

Virtual Parties:

All guests will receive a paint kit, which includes a pre-sketched canvas, paint, paint brushes, and a palette for mixing. You will also receive a beautifully designed invite that can be emailed to all your guests with party information and details.

Cost per child: $22 (minimum of 10)

Cost per adult: $27 (minimum of 10)
